Gio                  : "Good afternoon, yes I am. Who is this?”

Mutiara           : "I am mutiara, from Yamaha company. I want to offer you about our newest   product.”

Gio                  : "Oh, what's the latest product about?"

Mutiara            : "We have the latest motorbike unit"

Gio                  : "Would you explain what is the latest motorcycles this year?"

Mutiara            : "We brought out the latest motorcycles like N-Max, Yamaha R1M, Yamaha R15, Yamaha R25, Yamaha R1, and Yamaha R6."

Eryan   : "Good afternoon sir, may I help you?"

Gio      : "Yes sir. I am Mr. Gio, who wants to meet with Mr. Eryan"
