Meeting 3 (Giving a Formal Presetation)

Eryan :

The audiences, we are introduced our latest product innovation. The flowers board can be decorate or draw the buildings or faces by the flowers, suit by costumers order and we put tumblr lights to make flowers board more beautiful. We also provide iron or aluminum as the base for the flowers board. We used light iron to make it move easier and more flexible. Our latest innovations purpose to attractive the consumers to buy our products. We have some question from the audiences, and let my partner to answer all of question

Purwoko:

“How to turn on the lights on outdoors?”

The tumblr lights that we use on this flowers board has used battery power as a power source to turn on the lights, so the tumblr lights on our bouquets board flowers can be used indoors and outdoors.

Giovanni:

“Why do you use iron or aluminum base material for flowers board?”

We use iron or aluminum so that flowers board don’t fall easily when blown by the wind and can be used more than once.

Thesya:

We provide the latest innovations for flowers board by using tumblr lights and basic materials of iron or aluminum, so it looks more attractive and more sturdy when blown by the wind. We hope that people will be interested on our innovations and immediately order our latest products.

Mutiara          : Our store has been established for 7 years, but there is no innovation about advertising our products. Should we change the way we advertise our products?

Giovanni         : It’s a good idea, so we can attract more consumers than before.

Purwoko          : I think we should using an official website to advertise our products to customer.

Mutiara            : Hmm it sounds pretty good, we don't have to spend a lot of money and make it easier for consumers to see and order our products.

Eryan               : May I giving  another opinion? What if we advertise our products using

social media too? Like Instagram, line, Facebook, etc.

Purwoko         : Why we should prefer social media rather than advertise on the website?

Eryan              : Because at this time, people tend to use social media and unwilling  to look directly              at the website. And we don’t need to pay anything if we make an account of social media.

Giovanni        : It seems like both of them can be used to advertise our products to be better known by the peoples.

Mutiara      : During we just published it through websites and social media, we will also give discounts to attract many consumers.

Purwoko        : Yes I agree with you. I hope this is the best way to improve our store and products.

Mutiara            : Yes, may I help you?

Thesya             : I want to order a flowers board for the opening ceremony of PT Mulya Jaya company.

Mutiara            : What kind of flower arrangement do you want and what text should I write?

Thesya             : How about I come to the store directly to see details? May I have full address of the store?

Mutiara        : Yes, of course. Our full address is Senopati street No. 43 South Jakarta, next to Senopati Park.

Thesya         : Thank you for your information, I would come to your store tomorrow. Good afternoon.

Thesya             : Good afternoon.  I have been contacted this store yesterday to see the detail of the flowers board.

Mutiara            : Okay, please see kinds of flower arrangement model first.

Mutiara            : Well, we will do it according to your order

Thesya             : Please completed it on January 5, 2019. Would you to send the flowers board to PT Mulya Jaya office?

Mutiara            : Yes, I would deliver to PT Mulya Jaya office  before the opening ceremony begins.

Giovanni         : Do you think our delivery service have been effective?

Purwoko         : I think, our delivery service is effective because there is no need to bother the customer.

Eryan               : But, how if the flowers board is damaged on the way or flung by the wind on the way?

Giovanni         : It’s a good question. I think we should buy a new car which is has box, like box cars or truck.

Mutiara            : Box cars are cheaper than the trucks. So box cars is the right vehicle for our florist.

Eryan               : Yes I agree with you. With box cars we don’t have worried the flowers board flung or broken and also we don’t need to bundle the flowers board. So, we could efficient about the times.

Purwoko          : Hmm it sounds good. But, may I give an opinion?

Mutiara            : Yes of course. We never forbid anyone to give them opinion and I always  happy to see another opinion.

Purwoko          : Okay, thank you. Even though we have a box cars, I think we have to keep  the flowers board is safe and clean. I suggest we must wrap the flowers board with plastic to make sure for our customers we always giving a good services and make them satisfied.

Giovanni         : I think so, that treatments could attract many customers to order our products.

Mutiara :       

Good morning everyone, we will promote our travel company called Travel Air. Travel Air is a company that provides airplane and hotel ticket online booking services with domestic and international trip. Travel Air has an operational base in Jakarta. We have a tour package, which is Platinum.

If you use our travel services, you will get a substantial profit with a 20% discount. The following is an explanation of our tour package. The Platinum package consists of 7 days in French, Swiss and Dutch destinations it’s about Rp. 25,000,000 including flight and hotel tickets, breakfast, and transportation accommodation.

Thesya :

The first day gathered at Soekarno-Hatta Airport for flights to Europe. The second day arrives in Milan. You will be invited to a city tour to enjoy the beauty of Milan by visiting / passing through a Gothic-style church built in 1813, Milan Cathedral, La Scala Theater, one of the famous opera houses in Europe, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, often called "The Living Room of Milan" or the residence of Milan, which is located close to Milan Cathedral. The third day you will visit Mt. Titlis, a mountain that has a height of 10,000 feet through Engelberg, where the Cable Car station is located. Arriving at the peak of Mt. Titlis with the Revolving Cable Car (the world's first rotating cable car). At the peak of Mt. Titlis, you can play snow, take pictures or shop for various souvenirs and visit Ice Grotto (Ice Cave). Then we will head to the city of Lucerne to visit the Lion Monument, which is dedicated to soldiers who died in the French Revolutionary War. (Breakfast) Hotel: Dorint or equivalent. The fourth day of the journey continues towards the center of world fashion, Paris. (Breakfast) Hotel: Mercure or equivalent. 

Eryan :

The fifth day is filled with traveling around Paris by passing Notre Dame, a church where Napoleon was crowned emperor, then passing the Arc De Triomphe, which is a gate built to commemorate the glory of the Armed Forces in the first Napoleon period. You will also pass Place De I'Etoile, a meeting point of 12 straight streets around it, the Louvre Museum, the Des Invalides, a hotel built by King Louise XIV, Place de la Concorde and the Champs-Elysees, a 2 km road that is very famous in Paris . Don't forget to capture your special moment by taking a photo with the background of EIFFEL TOWER. After city tour, you will be invited to shop at Benlux Duty Free and Galeries Lafayette. The sixth day you leave France and head for the Netherlands, known as the Windmill Country, precisely in the city of Amsterdam through the city of Brussels, Belgium. In Brussels you will be invited to see the Mannequin Piss Statue and Grand Palace, not forgetting to see Everard Serclaes momument. In Amsterdam you will be invited to visit one of the famous diamond sharpeners. (Breakfast) Hotel: NH Schipol or similar.

The seventh day city tour passes famous tourist attractions such as Dam Square, the Royal Palace which used to be the home of Queen Beatrix and the Rijksmuseum which has the largest collection in the Netherlands. After that you will visit Volendam, a village of Fishermen. You have the opportunity to shop for various souvenirs and take pictures using traditional clothes from Dutch fishermen (Optional). You will be invited to Zaanse Schans, a traditional village with many windmills. In the afternoon you will be escorted to the airport for flights back to the country. Revan             : What kind of package do you want to take?

Cust                 : What kind of the package?

Revan             : We have package A with the interior, engine, and body paint is about Rp 125.000. B package is just exterior and engine is about Rp 75.000. Package C is just an exterior is about Rp 50.000

Cust              : I want to take package A, but if there is a part of my car that is damaged how about your responsible?

Revan             : Our responsibility if your car breaks down, we’ll replace it.

Cust                : Yes, please wash it..

Revan             : Yes, sir.

After the car was washed.

Revan             : Sorry Sir, we didn’t accidentally hit the wall and created a dented on the bumper.

Cust                : What are your responsibility for this accident?

Revan            : We want to offer you whether the damage will be replaced with money or we fixed it up.

Cust                : I want you to repaired my car, by the way how long will you take to repair my car?

Revan             : It’ll finish about 30-60 minutes because  your cars broken out of the bumper

Cust                : Okay, when you’re finished, call me please bacause i have another business.

Revan           : Yes Sir, when we’re done repairs your car, we’ll call you. We are apologized for our mistake sir.
