Persiapan Wawancara Kerja yang Sukses

Bagi anda yang baru lulus wisuda dan siap untuk melamar pekerjaan, sebaiknya persiapkan dulu seperti apa wawancara kerja agar berjalan dengan sukses. Persiapan wawancara kerja itu sendiri sangat penting, karena bagi yang baru lulus wisuda dan belum ada pengalaman dunia kerja bisa sangat membantu. Persiapan wawancara bisa dilakukan secara offline (datang langsung ke tempat wawancara) atau online yang biasanya dilakukan oleh perusahaan multinasional dimana perusahaan tersebut mewawancarai calon kandidat pegawainya yang berada di luar kota/luar negeri. Oleh karena itu jika ingin meningkatkan peluang diterima kerja, perlu diperhatikan persiapan wawancara kerja secara offline maupun online yaitu:

1.      Mencari Informasi Tentang Perusahaan

Sebelum melamar pekerjaan disuatu perusahaan, kita harus menggali informasi selengkap mungkin tentang perusahaan yang akan dituju seperti sejarah, profil, konsep kinerja, lingkungan dan lain sebagainya. Mencari informasi bukan hanya dari website perusahaan saja, tapi juga bisa bertanya kepada orang yang pernah atau sedang bekerja disana sebagai penilai dari sisi pewawancara yang sudah mengetahui seluk-beluk perusahaan tersebut.

2.      Paham Posisi Yang Diinginkan

Sebelum melamar pekerjaan, pikirkan dahulu posisi apa yang diingingkan sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki, sehingga ketika dipanggil wawancara kerja kita sudah siap menjelaskan alasan yang logis memilih posisi tersebut. 

3.      Buat Catatan Singkat Pengalaman dan Kemampuan yang Dimiliki

Sebelum melakukan wawancara online atau offline, sebaiknya buat catatan singkat tentang pengalaman dan kemampuan yang dimiliki seperti pengalaman beroganisasi selama kuliah, magang kerja dan kemampuan pribadi misal lancar beerkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa inggris, paham dan bisa mengoperasikan software akuntansi atau software yang lain. Alasan membuat catatan singkat sama saja seperti kita sudah mempunyai konsep yang ingin disampaikan kepada pewawancara sehingga saat melakukan wawancara kerja, kita tidak banyak diam dan bingung ingin menyampaikan apa.

4.      Latihan Sebelum Wawancara

Sebelum wawancara kerja secara offline sebaiknya kita latihan berbicara dahulu di depan cermin atau menggunakan aplikasi skype untuk wawancara online dan mintalah bantuan teman. Anggap saja bayangan kita atau teman adalah pewawancara yang akan kita hadapi nantinya. Dengan berlatih sebelumya, bisa lebih siap mental, melatih gesture tangan karena akan lebih bagus jika wawancara tangan ikut gerak tetapi masih dalam batas wajar tidak berlebihan.

5.      Perhatikan Koneksi Internet dan Alat Pendukungnya

Meskipun wawancara dilakukan secara online, hal yang harus diperhatikan adalah koneksi internet harus stabil bisa menggunakan wi-fi di rumah atau di tempat lain karena jika koneksi internet bermasalah, maka proses wawancara juga akan terganggu dan siapkan alat pendukung seperti laptop, hp, atau komputer. Biasanya aplikasi yang digunakan adalah skype.

6.      Buat Rencana Lain Ketika Koneksi Internet Terputus

Jangan panik ketika tiba-tiba koneksi internet terputus, bisa saja terjadi karena masalah teknis. Kita bisa membuat rencana lain yaitu mencatat nomer pribadi pewawancara atau nomer kantor beserta alamat email. Jika hal tersebut terjadi, kita bisa menelfon kembali atau mengirim email alasan sambungan terputus dan nantinya mereka akan melihat keseriusan kita untuk bekerja di perusahaan tersebut.

7.      Melihat Kearah Kamera

Saat sedang berlangsungnya wawancara online, jangan lupa untuk fokus melihat kamera bukan pada monitor karena sangat penting dilakukan agar terlihat sopan oleh perwawancara, intinya buatlah kesan pertama yang baik.

8.      Persiapankan Dokumen Penting dan Peralatan yang Akan Dibawa

Setelah mendapat panggilan untuk wawancara kerja, segera siapkan dokumen tambahan apa yang harus dibawa saat wawancara dan jangan lupa membawa alat tulis seperlunya sehingga H-1 sebelum wawancara semua dokumen dan peralatan sudah siap. Yang terpenting adalah jangan lupa membawanya saat hari wawancara tiba.  

9.      Datang Tepat Waktu

Ketika dipanggil untuk wawancara kerja akan diberitahukan jam berapa wawancara dimulai. Untuk membuat kesan pertama yang baik, datanglah tepat waktu jangan terlambat minimal 15 menit sebelum wawancara kita sudah ada di tempat. Karena jika nama kita dipanggil dan kita belum datang, maka nama kita akan dilewati atau diganti dengan yang lain. Dengan datang lebih awal, kita bisa lebih tenang, banyak berdoa, dan bisa sedikit melakukan latihan tambahan.

10.  Berpakaian Rapih dan Sopan

Berpakaian yang rapih dan sopan bukan hanya diperhatikan untuk wawancara secara offline saja tapi juga secara online, karena cara berpakaian akan dilihat pertama yang akan menggambarkan first impression terlihat baik. Pakailah pakaian formal dan sepatu tertutup, rambut ditata rapih, dan untuk perempuan pakailah sedikit make-up agar terlihat fresh. Untuk wawancara secara online, pihak pewawancara hanya akan melihat setengah badan saja atau bisa pula hanya fokus pada jawaban yang dilontarkan, tapi cara berpakaian tetap harus diperhatikan.

11.  Perhatikan Bahasa Tubuh

Bahasa tubuh harus diperhatikan dalam wawancara online atau offline. Ketika dipanggil ke dalam ruangan untuk wawancara atau sambungan sudah terhubung oleh pewawancara melalui skype, jangan lupa untuk memberikan senyum, sedikit menunduk, dan berjabat tangan dengan pewawancara karena sama saja dengan kita memberikan salam akan terlihat sopan. Setelah dipersilahkan duduk, duduklah dengan tegak dan lakukan kontak mata dengan pewawancara untuk menunjukkan rasa hormat. Hal terpenting adalah jangan terlihat tegang, harus dibawa santai tapi tetap sewajarnya, karena jika tegang maka akan percuma apa yang sudah dilatih sebelumnya.

12.  Hindari Bersikap Minder dan Tunjukan Potensi Semaksimal Mungkin

Usahakan menanggapi setiap pertanyaan yang dilontarkan pewawancara saat wawancara offline atau online dengan jujur tidak perlu minder ataupun takut salah jawab karena percuma walaupun CV, surat lamaran kita bagus tapi sikap kita minder, pasti pewawancara akan ragu dengan kemampuan yang kita miliki. Tidak masalah jika sebelumya tidak ada pengalaman kerja, tapi kita bisa menunjukkan potensi lain saat kuliah seperti mampu bersosialisasi dengan baik, semangat mempelajari hal yang baru atau keterampilan lain yang dimiliki.

13.  Berikan Jawaban Singkat, Padat, dan Jelas

Saat wawancara online atau offline berlangsung biasanya waktu yang dimiliki sangat terbatas, oleh sebab itu jawablah pertanyaan yang dilontarkan pewawancara langsung apa yang dimaksud dengan pertanyaannya sehingga pewawancara tidak bosan dan bingung dengan jawaban yang kita berikan.

14.  Ajukan Pertanyaan yang Wajar

Saat wawancara online atau offline agar tidak terlihat pasif, ajukan beberapa pertanyaan kepada pewawancara seperti job desk posisi yang kita inginkan atau sejenisnya yang masih berhubungan dengan tema wawancara sebelumnya. Dengan kita mengajukan pertanyaan, menunjukkan bahwa kita memiliki ketertarikan dan antusiasme yang tinggi terhadapat pekerjaan tersebut.

15.  Jangan Lupa Berjabat Tangan dan Ucapkan Terima Kasih

Setelah proses wawancara selesai dan sebelum meninggalkan ruangan atau memutuskan sambungan skype, kita sebaiknya berjabat tangan (untuk online sedikit menundukkan kepala) serta ucapkan terima kasih karena sudah memberikan kesempatan kepada kita sebagai bentuk rasa hormat dan sopan. Kita juga bisa mengucapkan harapan seperti “terima kasih sudah memberikan saya kesempatan untuk melakukan wawancara dan saya sangat berharap bisa bergabung pada perusahaan ini. Nantinya saya akan melakukan yang terbaik untuk perkembangan perusahaan ini”.

Kesimpulannya adalah untuk mempersiapkan wawancara kerja yang sukses baik secara langsung atau online yang harus diperhatikan adalah mencari infomasi perusahaan terlebih dahulu, pahami posisi yang kita inginkan sesuai dengan keahlian yang dimiliki, hingga pada saat pemanggilan wawancara gunakan pakaian formal serta buatlah sesantai mungkin dalam berbicara namun juga harus tegas dan buat seyakin mungkin agar pewawancara juga yakin untuk menerima kita bekerja di perusahaan tersebut.

Ied Holidays

I returned to hometown on Tuesday but before I went to Jakarta first to my father’s family home. On Eid day, in the morning we went to Jakarta 3 High School for ied prayer and continued does sungkeman to grandmother and relatives. After we had sungkeman, then we had brunch of ketupat which was made by my grandma. In the afternoon, we tried new public transportation namely MRT, but the MRT doesn’t meet my expectation because the travel time between stations is not too fast and is not much different from commuter line.

            Wednesday afternoon at 5.00 pm we returned to hometown to Cirebon, but first we stopped at the supermarket to maghrib pray and bought some foods for ate in the car. Around 6.30 pm, we continued the trip but were stuck in traffic. While in the middle of traffic jam, we felt upset because we were tired and can’t went to the toilet. We can’t enter the rest area km 39 because it was full. When the time shown at 00.00 am, we arrived the rest area km 57. it was estimed that we had spent almost five hours until the rest area km 57 and it was our longest time during the trip returned to hometown. Finally we decided via the Pantura route to avoid traffic jam. We arrived at Cirebon at 4.20 am and spent 11 hours of traveling time.

            On Thursday, we were forced to wake up at 7.30 am because we had to went to Lembur to visit grave and halal bihalal. During the trip, we were stuck in traffic jam. Because it was lunch time, we decided to went to grandma’s house for lunch and dzuhur pray. After that, we continued to visit grave and halal bihalal to another places. We arrived at villa at 8.00 om and continued withe divide THR and Alhamdulillah I still get THR.

            Friday morning we had breakfast with Nasi Lengko. At 10.00 am we went to aunt’s house and continued to buy souvenirs. After that we tasted Cirebon’s unique culinary namely mie kocklok, after that my cousins and I went to another place and arrived at the villa at 00.00 am. Saturday morning we had breakfast with Nasi Jamblang and it is a mandatory meal before returning to Jakarta, the container is from jati leaf and that made it taste differnt. In the afternoon one by one began to went home, some went to Solo, Bogor, Jakarta, and Depok. We departed from Cirebon at 2.30 pm and arrived in Depok at 11.00 pm. This years’s Eid is the Eid with the longest trip.

Watching a Music Concert

Last semester, I went to Solo for a month. I used to go alone for two years. There was particular pleasure when doing it. Initially it was scary but then it was not anymore. I stayed with my uncle and aunty, moreover my cousin, Vida, accompanied me anywhere. I took vacation to Solo because I already knew where to stay, so my parent were not worried. There were lots of street food in Solo such as Nasi Kucing and Susu Jack, which we often visit because the price is affordable.

Beside Solo, I also went to Taman Sari and Bukit Bintang in Yogyakarta. Fortunately, at that time it was not too crowded because we went on weekday. On Saturday, we went to Lawang Sewu, Semarang. While traveling there, we split up, I was with my cousins. There are a lot of good photo spots, lots of interesting picture also train miniature that still use coal. I was very curious about the underground passageway, but unfortunately it was closed because high flood.

I was very happy because my cousin invited me to watch a music concert at one of the hotels in Solo. At first I was not interested because I did not know the singers and the songs but I finally joined. We were escorted by aunty and uncle. The show started at 7.30 p.m with the performances of DJ and local bands. The main guest star was fourtwnty. At first we watched it while sitting but the singer asked us to stand up and sing along. One of my favorite song was “Zona Nyaman”. The event was finished at 11.30 p.m. After that, we were picked up by uncle and aunty.

Those were my interesting experiences because this was the first time I watched a music concert without my parents. It was very exciting even though it was sultry because there were lots of people. Ever since I watched the concert, I wish I can watch, either foreign or local, music concerts.

Sari Park of Yogyakarta

The Sari park of Yogyakarta or the park of Sari Yogyakarta is the former park of palace garden of Keraton Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat, the garden built in the Sultan Hamengku Buwono I (HB I) in 1758-1765/9. It is located about 2 km south within the grounds of the Keraton, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The address for the Sari park of Yogyakarta in Jl. Tamanan, Patehan, Kraton, Kota Yogyakarta, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 55133.

The Sari Park had multiple functions, such as a resting area, a workshop, a meditation area, a defense area, and a hiding place. The park designation “The Fragront Garden” this has an area of over 10 hektare with around 57 building both building, bath pool, bridges, water canal, and an artificial island and aqueducts. The gardens effectively used between 1765-1812 originally extended from the south west of the Kedhaton Kompleks to the southeast of the Magangan kompleks. But now, only the remnants of the sari garden are visible southwest of Kedhaton.

The Sari Park complexs can at least be divided into four parts. The firs section is an artificial lake located to the west. The next section was a structure south of the artificial lake are the bathtufts of binangun. The third section is the Pasarean Ledok Sari and the Garjitawati pond located south of the second. The last part is the eastern part the firs and second and extends eastward to the southeast the Megangan kompleks.

The most pupoler tourist attraction on Sari Park is the Pasiraman Umbul. As the name, it is the bath house of the Sultan’s family for his concubines and daughters. Hence, the structure was surrounded by hight walls to keep the keraton family private. Umbul Pasiraman has three ponds namely Pamuncar Umbul, Umbul Panguras and Umbul Binangun. The pools have fountains in the form of dragon heads and can be accessed through the west and east entrance gates. A price for the Sari Park Yogyakarta Rp 5.000 for local tourists and foreign tourists Rp 12.000

Lesson 15 (The team’s for a unique but promoting business to do in 2019)

The innovation we chose was mozzarella banana, made from selected bananas plus mozzarella cheese in it. We also add toping to our menus such as chocolate, green tea, ovomaltine, milo, mocachino, etc. In addition, we also provide innovations on mozzarella cheese which we present with different color choices, such as pink, green, blue, red, etc. We use food coloring ingredients that are safe for consumption so as not to cause side effects. The container we use is made from cardboard which is safe to use and resistant to water.

The reason we chose the product, in the past there were bananas with chocolate topping, this time we add mozzarella in bananas which will be fried to increase consumer interest because in the previous year mozzarella cheese was very popular among children and adults besides bananas also had a lot of trust for our body, if usually children don't like this one, then maybe this innovation can be used for children or people who don't like bananas.

We initially marketed this product through social media such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc . We also have a store in Depok, so our costumer can visit our store to order our new products. Currently we have provided delivery order services with grab food and go food. With the various ordering methods we see many consumers who are interested to order food with online motorcycle taxi because more efficient and practical.

The innovation that we do is in accordance with the times and the lifestyle of the people. We optimist, we have good prospects for our business to grow more rapidly and be liked all of people without any constraint from the changing times with the intention that if the food trend has changed, our products are keep in interesting for all people. We have a motto, customer satisfaction is our priority. So we will always giving a good service for our customer.

In addition to profits, this business also has a loss as the emergence of competitors who sell similar products. If we do not have other innovations, our business will decrease and be threatened with bankruptcy. Therefore, a few month soon we will make new innovations in the menu that we present so that our business continues to survive and keep up with the times by maintaining quality in terms of taste and packaging. Besides that the loss is also experienced by consumers, so far we have not been able to display prices after adding VAT, because we still have not determined a price that is in accordance with the capabilities of the consumers and our Break Event Point (BEP) in our business because we just started this innovation. By looking at how consumers are interested, later we will add VAT to the price of food.

Hari     : Today, there are many innovations in the culinary business, then how to make our culinary business able to compete with other culinary businesses?

Giovani: We have to cooperating with company of Gojek and Grab in terms of logistics?

Thesya : It sounds pretty good, so we can simultaneously advertise our products in the Gojek and Grab application

Mutiara: Right, because nowadays there are many culinary business that cooperation with the company in terms of logistics. So I think we will be able to compete with other culinary business

Hari     : And then how to attract the consumers?

Eryan   : Due to our innovation products are just being marketed, I think giving discount prices is the right way for consumers to be interested in our products

Giovani: I have a suggestion, we have social media especially Instagram, why we don’t to advertise our products into social media? And we can also invite Instagram celebrity to endorse our products

Thesya: I have a friend who was so famous at instagram, and I will try to contact her whether willing to endorse our products

Mutiara: I agree with you. I hope that by doing promotions like this and cooperation with company of Gojek and Grab, our products can be available for all around Indonesia.

Hari     : How about the others, do you agree?

Eryan   : Yes, I think it’s a good strategy

Thesya : Of course I agree. Hopefully our business are successful
