Meeting 7 (Travel Information)

Mutiara :       

Good morning everyone, we will promote our travel company called Travel Air. Travel Air is a company that provides airplane and hotel ticket online booking services with domestic and international trip. Travel Air has an operational base in Jakarta. We have a tour package, which is Platinum.

If you use our travel services, you will get a substantial profit with a 20% discount. The following is an explanation of our tour package. The Platinum package consists of 7 days in French, Swiss and Dutch destinations it’s about Rp. 25,000,000 including flight and hotel tickets, breakfast, and transportation accommodation.

Thesya :

The first day gathered at Soekarno-Hatta Airport for flights to Europe. The second day arrives in Milan. You will be invited to a city tour to enjoy the beauty of Milan by visiting / passing through a Gothic-style church built in 1813, Milan Cathedral, La Scala Theater, one of the famous opera houses in Europe, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, often called "The Living Room of Milan" or the residence of Milan, which is located close to Milan Cathedral. Do not miss a walk while shopping in the Duomo area, this place located in the center of Milan is famous for its fashion. Heading to Zurich for the night. (Breakfast) Hotel: Dorint or equivalent.

Purwoko :

The third day you will visit Mt. Titlis, a mountain that has a height of 10,000 feet through Engelberg, where the Cable Car station is located. Arriving at the peak of Mt. Titlis with the Revolving Cable Car (the world's first rotating cable car). At the peak of Mt. Titlis, you can play snow, take pictures or shop for various souvenirs and visit Ice Grotto (Ice Cave). Then we will head to the city of Lucerne to visit the Lion Monument, which is dedicated to soldiers who died in the French Revolutionary War. (Breakfast) Hotel: Dorint or equivalent. The fourth day of the journey continues towards the center of world fashion, Paris. (Breakfast) Hotel: Mercure or equivalent. 

Eryan :

The fifth day is filled with traveling around Paris by passing Notre Dame, a church where Napoleon was crowned emperor, then passing the Arc De Triomphe, which is a gate built to commemorate the glory of the Armed Forces in the first Napoleon period. You will also pass Place De I'Etoile, a meeting point of 12 straight streets around it, the Louvre Museum, the Des Invalides, a hotel built by King Louise XIV, Place de la Concorde and the Champs-Elysees, a 2 km road that is very famous in Paris . Don't forget to capture your special moment by taking a photo with the background of EIFFEL TOWER. After city tour, you will be invited to shop at Benlux Duty Free and Galeries Lafayette. (Breakfast) Hotel: Mercure or equivalent.

Giovanni :

The sixth day you leave France and head for the Netherlands, known as the Windmill Country, precisely in the city of Amsterdam through the city of Brussels, Belgium. In Brussels you will be invited to see the Mannequin Piss Statue and Grand Palace, not forgetting to see Everard Serclaes momument. In Amsterdam you will be invited to visit one of the famous diamond sharpeners. (Breakfast) Hotel: NH Schipol or similar.

The seventh day city tour passes famous tourist attractions such as Dam Square, the Royal Palace which used to be the home of Queen Beatrix and the Rijksmuseum which has the largest collection in the Netherlands. After that you will visit Volendam, a village of Fishermen. You have the opportunity to shop for various souvenirs and take pictures using traditional clothes from Dutch fishermen (Optional). You will be invited to Zaanse Schans, a traditional village with many windmills. In the afternoon you will be escorted to the airport for flights back to the country. After heading to the airport for the flight back to the country (Breakfast).

Cust                 : Good afternoon, i’d like to wash my car

Revan             : What kind of package do you want to take?

Cust                 : What kind of the package?

Revan             : We have package A with the interior, engine, and body paint is about Rp 125.000. B package is just exterior and engine is about Rp 75.000. Package C is just an exterior is about Rp 50.000

Cust              : I want to take package A, but if there is a part of my car that is damaged how about your responsible?

Revan             : Our responsibility if your car breaks down, we’ll replace it.

Cust                : Yes, please wash it..

Revan             : Yes, sir.

After the car was washed.

Revan             : Sorry Sir, we didn’t accidentally hit the wall and created a dented on the bumper.

Cust                : What are your responsibility for this accident?

Revan            : We want to offer you whether the damage will be replaced with money or we fixed it up.

Cust                : I want you to repaired my car, by the way how long will you take to repair my car?

Revan             : It’ll finish about 30-60 minutes because  your cars broken out of the bumper

Elisa Pelaminan Aceh is a Wedding Organizer and traditional Acehnese dressing rental. We provide a lot of Aceh wedding designs in a variety of color choices. There are currently 15 colors available. We serve home wedding decorations and many others party that held in the form of halls and buildings.

Elisa Pelaminan Aceh has been established since 30 years ago. It was first established under the name Elisa Rias Pengantin that located in Banda Aceh. At present, Elisa Pelaminan Aceh is continued by two of her daughters, they are Mrs. Lisa (Elisa Banda Aceh) and Mrs. Rita (Elisa Jabodetabek). We are always serve a good quality and modern.

Wedding organizer structure

·         Director                       = Is responsible for the management wedding organizer and oversees the performance every divisions.

·         Finance manager         = Handle all wedding organizer finances, receipt of repayments from clients and expenditure of wedding organizer funds.

·         Sales and marketing    = To find clients and explain our projects to clients, and then make agreements with clients.  After have a deal with clients it explain the concepts that clients want to project managers

·         Project manager          = Is responsible for leading at the day of wedding so that event will runs smothly and accordance with the concept.

·         Crew                           = Has the task of completing the tasks during preparing and and the event, re-examining completeness preparation of the event.

·         Support                       = Create invitation designs, concepts, room concepts and complete the tasks during the event.

5)      Weekly reports

·         First week                   = First week at the first meeting with cliens talking about date, concepts, and wedding costs. Then make a resolution not exceed the cost.

·         Second week               = The second week, decide where akkad and the wedding reception will be taken care of. Once the building is determined, booking the building immediately.

·         Third week                  = Third week make a list of guests and decided on the invitation card.

·         Fourth week                = The fourth week, chose food, drink, and desserts to be served and set the amount of food available.

·         Fifth week                   = The fifth week, building survey has been assigned to a clien    to adjust the concept of building conditions.

·         Sixth week                  = The sixth week, did a wedding dress fitting.

·         Seventh week             = The seventh week, locate the pre wedding photo.

·         Eighth week                = Eight week, doing the pre wedding photo.

·         Ninth week                 = Nineth week, prepare the necessary materials for building  decoration.

·         Tenth week                 = Tenth week, trying food, drink, and desserts were previosly ordered.

·         Eleventh week                        = The eleventh week, did a final wedding fitting.

·         Twelfth week              = Twelfth week, putting down the property that has been set up in the building.

·         Thirteenth week          =  Thirteenth week, doing a dress rehearsal.

·         Fourteenth week         = Fourteenth week, h day is monitoring the way of the procession from beginning to end to proceed as planned.

6)      Handle Some Problems or Change In The Middle of The Progress

·         Wedding dress = Prepare for spare clothes if something else happens.

·         Weather = If the client the concept of outdor, prepare the tend if it rains.

·         Additional Guests = Setting up chairs, tables, food, extra drinks if the guests is not according to plan.

7)      The Final Step of The Job

Monitor snd keep the event going. After the performance, we did evaluation of the event on the day as planned or not.
