Meeting 5 (Disscussing Progress)
Elisa Pelaminan Aceh is a Wedding Organizer and traditional Acehnese dressing rental. We provide a lot of Aceh wedding designs in a variety of color choices. There are currently 15 colors available. We serve home wedding decorations and many others party that held in the form of halls and buildings.
Elisa Pelaminan Aceh has been established since 30 years ago. It was first established under the name Elisa Rias Pengantin that located in Banda Aceh. At present, Elisa Pelaminan Aceh is continued by two of her daughters, they are Mrs. Lisa (Elisa Banda Aceh) and Mrs. Rita (Elisa Jabodetabek). We are always serve a good quality and modern.

A long and complicated event procession requires the preparation of a reliable team to get maximum results such as invitations, wedding photographers, catering, building or venues, stage decorations etc.

Customers don't have to worry about managing everything about the event. The customer just has to review the developments of the Wedding Organizer.

With the services of a wedding organizer, the stress is reduced. So that prospective brides and families are more focused on basic preparation.

·         Set and schedule chronological details of the entire program.

·         Monitor planned activities to run smoothly.

Elisa Pelaminan Aceh was founded by (Almh) Ms. Ramlah Wahab. She is a bridal makeup, teacher, and a mother who has a lot of experience about wedding organizer .
  
4)      Delegate The Parts of The Job
Wedding organizer structure
·         Director                       = Is responsible for the management wedding organizer and oversees the performance every divisions.
·         Finance manager         = Handle all wedding organizer finances, receipt of repayments from clients and expenditure of wedding organizer funds.
·         Sales and marketing    = To find clients and explain our projects to clients, and then make agreements with clients.  After have a deal with clients it explain the concepts that clients want to project managers
·         Project manager          = Is responsible for leading at the day of wedding so that event will runs smothly and accordance with the concept.
·         Crew                           = Has the task of completing the tasks during preparing and and the event, re-examining completeness preparation of the event.
·         Support                       = Create invitation designs, concepts, room concepts and complete the tasks during the event.

5)      Weekly reports
·         First week                   = First week at the first meeting with cliens talking about date, concepts, and wedding costs. Then make a resolution not exceed the cost.
·         Second week               = The second week, decide where akkad and the wedding reception will be taken care of. Once the building is determined, booking the building immediately.
·         Third week                  = Third week make a list of guests and decided on the invitation card.
·         Fourth week                = The fourth week, chose food, drink, and desserts to be served and set the amount of food available.
·         Fifth week                   = The fifth week, building survey has been assigned to a clien    to adjust the concept of building conditions.
·         Sixth week                  = The sixth week, did a wedding dress fitting.
·         Seventh week             = The seventh week, locate the pre wedding photo.
·         Eighth week                = Eight week, doing the pre wedding photo.
·         Ninth week                 = Nineth week, prepare the necessary materials for building  decoration.
·         Tenth week                 = Tenth week, trying food, drink, and desserts were previosly ordered.
·         Eleventh week                        = The eleventh week, did a final wedding fitting.
·         Twelfth week              = Twelfth week, putting down the property that has been set up in the building.
·         Thirteenth week          =  Thirteenth week, doing a dress rehearsal.
·         Fourteenth week         = Fourteenth week, h day is monitoring the way of the procession from beginning to end to proceed as planned.

6)      Handle Some Problems or Change In The Middle of The Progress
·         Wedding dress = Prepare for spare clothes if something else happens.
·         Weather = If the client the concept of outdor, prepare the tend if it rains.
·         Additional Guests = Setting up chairs, tables, food, extra drinks if the guests is not according to plan.

7)      The Final Step of The Job
Monitor snd keep the event going. After the performance, we did evaluation of the event on the day as planned or not.
